The U.A.E. became Emmanuel International’s newest project country in October 2025, partnering with Daniel and Hephzibah Singh. Since arriving in the United Arab Emirates in 2012, the Singhs have been serving migrant communities in Ras Al Khaimah while also supporting church plants in Dubai and Sharjah.
Called to ministry at a young age, Daniel came to faith at fourteen and later earned his bachelor’s degree from Moody Bible Institute. Together, the Singhs focus on church planting among migrant workers, primarily Punjabi individuals, many of whom live far from their families and face extremely challenging conditions.
Daniel and Hephzibah are committed to Bible studies, leadership development, prayer gatherings, pastoral care, counseling, preaching, and teaching — shepherding the people God has entrusted to them. In addition, Hephzibah continues to reach unchurched women in India through ongoing online ministry.
Through local outreach and international connection, their ministry is bringing spiritual care and hope to those far from home.
